The following chart is made to help you understand the wait times (examples only, every case is a singular situation). We are working hard to serve your loving pet as fast as we can, please treat our healthcare providers and staff with the same kindness that you treat a loved one.
CRITICAL
- Blocked pet/unable to urinate
- Breathing difficulty/choking
- Collapse/ unconciousness
- Distended abdomen
- Heatstroke
- Hit by car
- Labor difficulties
- Seizures (active)
- Severe allergic reactions

EMERGENCY
Wait times may vary based on the amount of CRITICAL cases:
- Bowel obstruction
- Broken bone
- Coughing
- Diarrhea
- Eye trauma
- Hind limb paralysis
- Hives/facial swelling

IMPORTANT
Wait times may be prolonged based on the CRITICAL AND EMERGENCY cases:
- Abscess
- Anorexia/not eating
- Blood in urine
- Chronic diseases
- Ear infection
- Eye irritation
- Generalized pain/restless
- Lameness
- Minor wounds
- Skin conditions
