“I can’t say enough good things about Pet Urgent Response Emergency! I had to bring my dog in after he got into some brownies, and from the very first phone call, they were absolutely incredible. I was hysterical and crying when I called, but Gabby was so calm, kind, and patient — she truly listened, reassured me, and walked me through every step of what to do. She even helped calm me down while making sure my dog got help as quickly as possible. She got the main vet, Mr. Garcia, on the phone right away, and he guided me through what to do before I even arrived. When I got to the office, Mr. Garcia came running into the lobby the moment he heard someone walked in, It just shows how genuinely attentive and dedicated he is to helping pets in emergencies. The whole team was compassionate, fast, and professional. They treated my dog with urgency and care, and their pricing was completely fair for the level of service I received. I left feeling beyond grateful and relieved. I would 100% recommend them to anyone, they truly care about both pets and their owners.”

“Every pet and owner deserves the professionalism and pure compassion of Dr. LeBlanc (unsure of spelling) and numerous vet techs, that I unfortunately didn’t get the names of. My 14-year-old dog had the best possible quality of life treatment and experience here. Every exam room is pretty spacious with 2-3 seats. The quality of life room had at least 6 seats and a lot of plants and open space for visitors to come. They never rushed me to make any decisions and slowly walked me through all our medical and financial options for my sweet senior pup. I cannot recommend this emergency veterinary clinic enough.”

“So I’ve been here twice for my cat Miko. He’s an orange tabby and he likes to get into things and eat stuff he’s not supposed to. I had to bring him in twice to induce vomiting, but the second time I had to leave him overnight because he ate chocolate, which he basically poisoned himself. My overall experience with this emergency vet being a first time, pet owner myself Is definitely good reviews only. Everyone in the vet is very nice and definitely emotionally understanding. I felt like I called other vet emergency rooms and they were just trying to have me rush my cat in there just to get checked Just to bring him in to do it. Meanwhile, here they were definitely more understanding of how I was feeling as well. Every vet in there is very informative and they do go above and beyond to make sure that Your pet is OK. In addition, even though I did leave them over for one night, I was allowed to go visit him at any time. They even gave me advice as a first time pet owner as to certain reasons as to why my cat eats ravenously. And they took the time to put me in the right direction And even told me some things, I didn’t know about cats that I thought I knew. Both times I took him to the vet ER he came back home And that’s all that matters. As far as the vet bill I felt like their prices are decently reasonable Although it could get expensive They have a payment plan and I feel like that alone should help a lot of people because not everyone can get approved for a care credit. Miko is home now and thriving and still being bad.”

“I want to thank the incredible team at Pure, Pet Urgency Response & Emergency for the love and care they gave to my miniature Pom, Tassie. From the very start, Gabbie at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and kindness, which instantly put me at ease. Dr. Marissa Curro, DVM, guided me through everything with clear, compassionate communication that made such a difficult time more bearable. Dillon, the vet tech, was so gentle and attentive with Tassie, treating her as if she were his own. My deepest gratitude goes to Leah, who truly went above and beyond. She indulged me by giving me updates on Tassie’s status every two hours throughout the entire evening and into the morning. Although Tassie ultimately passed, Leah’s compassion and patience softened my heart and gave me comfort in knowing Tassie was never alone. Even in loss, I will always remember the extraordinary care and kindness this team showed. Thank you all for making Tassie’s final hours filled with love and dignity.”

“We took Miles to PURE at almost midnight on Saturday, after having an xray done at an urgent care that revealed an intestinal obstruction. He had emergency surgery that night, and we got the call around 3:30am that he made it through. We were able to bring him home on Monday, and he is doing great. Everyone, from the first panicked call, to his discharge and beyond, was nothing but professional and compassionate. No unnecessary tests were forced on us. We were encouraged to call, text, or visit whenever we felt the need to. We were kept informed every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you ALL again, for saving and caring for my sweet rescue Bulldog.”

“The DVM, staff, and owner of PURE did a beautiful job caring for our beloved dog, Prabhu! Prabhu, our sweet walker hound, had been coughing and choking, and we couldn’t figure out why. He was really struggling to breathe. We drove from Riverside to PURE because of their excellent reputation—and they did not disappoint. After a few tests and a thorough examination, they were able to pinpoint the issue, and Prabhu began improving almost immediately. We’re so grateful for the outstanding care PURE provided, and for their empathetic, compassionate service to both patients and their families. Thank you for helping our boy feel better! “Absolutely amazing staff. Took amazing care of Pluto even when he was being challenging because of the seizures compounded by his blindness. Sent me pictures and text updates when I was at work, answered my numerous calls and was more than happy to let me visit at any time. They also worked with me as best they could to keep it affordable for his extended stay. Care beyond what I could have possibly hoped for.”

Dealing with an obstruction in an older dog is always challenging, but Dr. Garcia‘s expertise and bedside manner brought us a great level of comfort and reassurance. The staff provided constant updates and guided us through the process with patience and support. They even allowed and encouraged visits while our old man stayed in the hospital for a few nights, which reinforced the fact they had his best interests at heart. “The whole team at PURE was wonderful. They are incredibly passionate, empathetic, and really care about their patients. Their updates and pictures during the nights of my dog’s hospital stay gave me a lot of comfort knowing how she was doing. We asked to see the technician and doctor numerous times before we left her in their care and they were always happy to come in and answer any questions we had. This is the best ER I have taken my pet to and I would recommend them to anyone who needs after hours care.”

“Recently we had to take our sweet 6 month old Corgi here because she decided to get out of the fence and into the neighbors back yard and was bit by a large dog. unfortunately she was so bad off we had to drive from GA to this ER but the experience with this clinic was nothing short of amazing. The staff here is absolutely amazing and made me cry happy tears several times. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to take care of my girl & me during this emotional roller coaster. During her two day stay they constantly updated me through calls and text messages. Anytime I would text for an update they would get back to me within a few mins and never once acted like it was a hassle. I received several photos of my girl during her stay as well. They were also super respectful of my work schedule knowing I worked night shift and slept during the day – they not once bothered me until they knew I was awake. If we EVER have another emergency this will be the clinic we go to – hands down. & to the PURE staff – THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART – you guys are amazing & Bee is very thankful for all the care she received & so is her Mama! <3”

“My little Daisy had to have observation for 1 night after an emergency procedure, at which time she coded. She was brought back and they observed her for 1 night and I picked her up the next day. She was well taken care of and they were great. Compassionate, caring and very personable. I highly recommend this facility and the staff!!!”
